Yogurt Parfaits With Fruit And Crunch

Create a delicious and satisfying yogurt parfait with layers of fresh fruit, creamy Greek yogurt, and crunchy granola. This easy recipe is perfect for a quick breakfast or a wholesome snack.

Ingredients
  

For the Strawberries
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the Parfait
  • 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup granola

Equipment

  • Medium bowl
  • clear glasses

Method
 

  1. Combine the sliced strawberries and granulated sugar in a medium bowl. Stir well and cover. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
  2. Divide half of the prepared strawberries between two clear glasses.
  3. Add half of the Greek yogurt on top of the strawberries in each glass.
  4. Layer half of the blueberries on top of the yogurt in each glass.
  5. Add all of the granola on top of the blueberries.
  6. Repeat the layering process: add the remaining strawberries, then the remaining Greek yogurt, and finally the remaining blueberries to each glass.
  7. Serve the parfaits immediately for the best texture.

Notes

Feel free to customize your parfait with different fruits, yogurts, or your favorite granola. This recipe is a great base for creating many variations.
