Method
- Combine the sliced strawberries and granulated sugar in a medium bowl. Stir well and cover. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
- Divide half of the prepared strawberries between two clear glasses.
- Add half of the Greek yogurt on top of the strawberries in each glass.
- Layer half of the blueberries on top of the yogurt in each glass.
- Add all of the granola on top of the blueberries.
- Repeat the layering process: add the remaining strawberries, then the remaining Greek yogurt, and finally the remaining blueberries to each glass.
- Serve the parfaits immediately for the best texture.
