- For the Sweet Cream: Place all ingredients in a small glass or measuring cup. Using a hand held milk frother, beat the mixture until it increases in volume and thickens slightly. Do not over-beat or it won't marble with your coffee and it will just sit on top. Pour over your iced coffee and enjoy!
- For the Salted Caramel Sweet Cream: Follow the directions for the sweet cream, except add a pinch of sea salt before whipping.
