Ingredients

For the Smoothie
  • 1 cup kale or baby spinach chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 1.5 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1-2 teaspoons light agave to taste

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Food processor
  • Bowl

Method

  1. Place the kale or spinach, chia seeds, and milk in a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth to avoid chewy greens.
