- Place the kale or spinach, chia seeds, and milk in a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth to avoid chewy greens.
- Add the frozen mixed berries, banana, and agave to the blender. Puree, scraping down the sides as needed, until relatively smooth. Some texture is fine.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl. Garnish with your chosen toppings and serve immediately.
