Method
- Combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup in a bowl or sealable jar. Stir until everything is well mixed.
- Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight (about 8 hours), to allow the oats to soften and thicken.
- In the morning, add your chosen mix-ins and toppings to the overnight oats. Stir and enjoy.
Notes
For the Pina Colada mix-ins, use coconut milk in the base recipe for a more cohesive flavor.
