Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Brussels sprouts optional

Method
 

  1. Brush 1 tablespoon olive oil on the chicken breasts.
  2. In a small bowl, combine Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine.
  3. Rub the seasoning onto both sides of the chicken breasts.
  4. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket. Cook at 360 degrees Fahrenheit for 9 minutes.
  5. Flip the chicken and add Brussels sprouts, if using. Cook for an additional 9 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and enjoying.
